**CDnA – Forecasting Manager (Oncology)**
**What you will do**
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will lead US Oncology demand forecasting with the focus on solid tumors/hematology. This role will report to the Director, Commercial Forecasting – Oncology within the Global Commercial Data & Analytics organization.
+ Independently craft, prepare, and maintain patient and demand-based forecasts and scenarios for US Oncology assets: XGEVA & Nplate, aligned to the needs of cross functional collaborators
+ Independently contribute to regular forecast cycles including multiple cycles of annual long-range forecast, and short-term forecast
+ Partner with the cross-functional team CD&A team to use forecasts to understand business performance and to respond to ad-hoc forecast requests
+ Perform in-depth data analysis to build robust assumptions and forecast inputs
+ Lead collaboration with internal cross functional partners to obtain relevant data and analysis for forecast inputs
+ Confidently present and defend forecast approach, methodology, assumptions, and outputs in brand team discussions

Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
Associate’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of relevant experience
+ Basic knowledge of marketing analytics / Forecasting in the pharmaceutical industry
+ Experience with advanced spreadsheets and automated data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, etc.)
+ Experience in database languages (e.g. SQL)
+ Ability to think strategically to support key business decisions
+ Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environment across different functional groups
+ Demonstrated analytical skills—understands the strengths and limitations of different analytical approaches and their findings
+ Skill in handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks and projects simultaneously

The annual salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $100,914-$132,668.
