Cleanroom Production Team Leader for Medical
+ Experienced in the operation of manufacturing / process equipment.
+ Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
+ Good interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
What you will do:
+ Lead and supervise a team of experienced Production Operators
+ Ensuring hourly and daily output achieved
+ Escalate any production issues arise.
+ Ensuring all Safety standards, key business drivers and production needs are met.
Who you are:
+ Someone with previous experience of leading a team or someone keen to develop in this area.
+ Someone with the ability to learn and work within a technical and highly controlled environment.
+ Someone with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Leadership
+ Communication with cross functional team
