**Responsibilities Include**

+ Reviewing and analyzing business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems software to meet the collaboration and productivity needs of the organization by using OOTB features.

+ Establishing systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost-effectiveness, and provides recommendations to management personnel

+ The coordination of testing and implementation of the system software, including conversion of data to the new system, and working with application support personnel to resolve system problems

+ Writing and maintaining SOPs

+ Creating awareness of the vendor product release plans and create a partnership for the delivery of new functionalities

+ Facilitating customer-focused interaction to ensure objectives are realized and expectations are properly managed. Coordinates activities and programs with other departments to improve service performance

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Master’s degree & 1 year of Information Systems experience

+ Bachelor’s degree & 2 years of Information Systems experience

+ Associates degree& 4 years of Information Systems experience


+ 2+ years of direct experience with Office 365 on both the admin and end user side

+ 1 or more years of experience with Miro, Box

+ Extensive problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills are required

+ Excellent verbal communications and documentation skills are required

+ Able to work independently and provide recommendations on strategies for meeting client needs

+ Ability to bring consistency and quality assurance across various projects

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA

+ Project Management experience within an enterprise environment

+ Experience working with ServiceNow

+ Experience using Smartsheet

+ Experience in automating processes tasks via scripts, bots, MS Graph, Rest API and ServiceNow

+ Microsoft, or other relevant certifications are a plus

+ Experience working with OCM teams and following Change procedures/processes
