**PositionOverview:**
Siemens Mobility is seeking a
Commercial Project Manager to join our Projects & Innovation organization
within the Customer Services business unit. In this role, you will be fully
accountable for the commercial and financial management of projects,
collaborating closely with internal and external partners to ensure successful
execution. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet challenging
deadlines is critical. This position can
be based in Sacramento, CA or Lexington, NC.
**Whatyour day-to-day will look like:**
+ Leadproject setup, including bookings, WBS structure, budgets, and financialtracking aligned with delivery schedules.
+ Managefinancial planning, forecasting, controlling, and cash flow analysis in SAP.
+ Driveperformance improvement through effective claims and variation management.
+ Monitorfinancial trends, assess implications, and develop corrective actions.
+ Overseeproject administration (invoicing, bookings, procurement budget control).
+ Partnercross-functionally (Project Management, Legal, Operations, Procurement,Engineering, HR, etc.) to achieve financial targets and improve efficiency.
+ Supportbid proposals and ongoing project reviews with robust financial analysis andreporting.
+ Defineand report on key performance benchmarks impacting business results.
**Tothrive in this role, you have:**
+ Bachelor’sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
+ 2+years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or accounting, withstrong commercial acumen.
+ Experienceproject-based environments.
+ Advancedanalytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
+ Stronglydemonstrated communication skills and ability to engage effectively across alllevels of the organization.
+ Settingyou apart from others would be CPA, MBA, or MS with exposure to cost accountingand knowledge and experience with SAP.
