We are seeking **Course Coordinator** for our PTI (Power Technologies International) Academy in Schenectady NY. This is a remote position with local travel to the Schenectady office as needed.
**How you will make an impact:**
+ **Coordinate training programs:** Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training programs conducted by PTI Academy. This includes managing participant registrations, preparing training materials, and ensuring smooth logistical arrangements.
+ **Administrative support:** Provide administrative support to the PTI Academy team, including maintaining training records, managing course evaluations, and preparing reports. Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting as needed.
+ **Communication:** Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries from participants, trainers, and internal stakeholders. Respond promptly and professionally to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
+ **Database management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training participants, including their contact details, attendance records, and training history. Maintaining Learning Management System with scheduled courses. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all training-related data.
**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ 1+ years of administrative coordination experience in a training or educational setting
+ 1+ years of experience in event planning and logistics coordination
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management software
+ Ability to travel 15%
+ Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Professional experience with an electrical power industry consulting company, electrical utility, or ISO/RTO
