**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

provide assistance and support to Philips customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible to manage organization’s general administrative activities.

**You are responsible for**

+ Handling service calls from customers by phone or e-mail and documenting them on SAP per company’s guidelines

+ Coordinating Field Service Engineer dispatch in consultation with Line Managers

+ Maintaining install base data accurately

+ Monitoring SLA and creating invoices for chargeable service calls

+ Providing administrative support to service staff including preparation of periodical reports

+ Scheduling planned maintenance activity

**You are a part of**

Operations and Customer Service team, part of Philips Electronics organization.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**

+ BA degree

+ At least 3 years in customer support experience, preferably in global companies

+ Experience within Medical Devices industry – an advantage

+ Great communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work in multi-tasking and dynamic environment

+ Fluent English
