Description
In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to:
· Manage orders for assigned territories from order to cash end to end process according to all company polices and guidelines.
· Handle all customer orders’ related enquiries, requests, escalation and maintain our service level and customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate with cross functional department and external logistic provider to ensure master data, inventory replenishment, goods delivery, stock take are accurately carried out and revenue recognized on timely basis.
· Participate in country projects and assignments from supervisor.
The essential requirements of the job include:
· Diploma or tertiary degree
· 2-4-years experience working in a similar environment.
· Knowledge of medical/pathology/scientific terms an advantage
· Understanding of order management/supply chain/logistics preferred
· Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM and systems Salesforce as well as MS Office products include Excel and Word
Training Responsibilities: (required)
· Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
· Well versed in Excel and other Microsoft office software skills
· Highly efficient, meticulous, accurate and detail oriented. Respond to customer with urgency and accuracy
· Familiar with customer purchase order/ contract major elements review and escalation
· Ability to work autonomously and within a team
