Exciting opportunity to play a critical role in Philips Innovation 2025 transformation by driving Ecosystem strategy, knowledge, capabilities, and mindset. Enabling Ecosystem innovation adoption across all Philips’ clusters, businesses, and markets. Supporting Philips’ objective to transform and grow our understanding of customer needs, our innovation impact, digitization, and our agility.
**You are responsible for:**
+ Ownership of and driving Ecosystem Strategy methodology execution
+ Embedding Ecosystems in the Cluster and Market strategy and Business Development, via cross-functional collaboration with strategy, marketing, innovation, and our clinical teams.
+ Collaborate with strategy team on Partnerships and Ventures and expand external partners collaboration and participation in ecosystem propositions
+ Engage with business teams to implement ecosystem strategy in propositions development
+ Lead Ecosystem stream as part of Innovation 2025, and drive the development of the ecosystem capability
+ Represent Ecosystem work stream in Data Strategy, Business Model innovation and other critical work streams
+ Facilitate cross-learning/knowledge flow, enable best practice sharing and run Community of Practice.
+ Build knowledge (including benchmarking) and capabilities to enable an Ecosystem mindset adoption (culture change)

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:**
+ Minimum of a Master’s Degree (MBA desired)
+ Minimum of 10+ years’ experience leading global, cross- functional programs
+ Experience in setting up Ecosystem initiatives or expanding the Ecosystem
+ Strategic mindset and ability to work across multiple business domains, clusters and markets to drive, support and realize business goals.
+ Strong strategic/critical thinking skills with decision-making judgment
+ Ecosystem expertise/know how
+ Ability to build/bridge key relationships and manage complex inter-dependencies
+ Effective communication, listening and influencing abilities, proven change management skills
+ Proven ability to facilitate cross-learning, knowledge flow, implement/evangelize best practices and sustain changes.
+ Adept at handling complexity and ambiguity
+ Strong experience in Risk analysis/management
+ Active problem solver with passion and energy to drive critical initiatives
+ Strong ability to Coach/Mentor continuous improvement
