The Director – Human Resources for Pall Aerospace is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving human resources initiatives that enable business growth, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance across two manufacturing plants.

This position reports to the Senior Director – Human Resources and is part of the Global Human Resources organization located in New Port Richey, FL and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Lead end-to-end human resources cyclical processes, employee relations, change management, micro/macro-organizational design, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, engagement and retention, compensation and benefits, human resources compliance, general policy administration, and data analytics.

+ Collaborate with the business to implement strategies that drive business growth, improve operating margins, and achieve core metrics aligned with the company’s framework to allow for competitive growth within the market.

+ Develop, support, and lead key human resources initiatives, providing consultation to leaders on team development, succession planning, and individual personal/professional growth; further assemble and manage the efforts of multiple direct reports.

+ Collaborate with the business to build and support employee engagement strategies that facilitate organizational performance and enable successful organizational change. Resolves and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.

+ Analyze metrics to inform key business strategies, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive process improvements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum 10 years of proven human resources leadership experience in manufacturing/production environment.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a matrix organization.

+ High level of proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to incorporate other technologies including AI.

+ Experience in lean and continuous improvement practices.

+ Strong knowledge of labor laws and practices.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

+ Ability to travel – 20% domestically/internationally per business needs.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
