**Use Your Power for Purpose**
The Director, US Vaccines Contracting Strategy will work across the US Vaccines portfolio to establish the vaccine contracting strategy across channels including Physician Buying Groups (PBGs), Integrated Systems, and other vaccines-specific channels. The Director, US Vaccines Contracting Strategy will collaborate with a cross-functional team including the contract strategy and contract development teams, various vaccine brand teams and broader US Vaccine pricing and contracting team to develop contracting strategies specific to the vaccines portfolio. Additionally, this role will develop contract pull through strategies and analytics to assess the effectiveness of these strategies across the US Vaccines portfolio. The role requires strong business acumen, deep knowledge of drug pricing and contracting, solid understanding of vaccine and/or buy and bill drugs, strong team collaboration and leadership skills.
**What You Will Achieve**
+ Lead alignment processes related to the development of contracting strategies with cross-functional stakeholders as well as securing endorsement with senior leadership
+ Function as the subject matter expert regarding vaccine contracting on behalf of the US Vaccines Business; share pricing and contracting knowledge and insights across teams
+ Collaborate with the vaccine brand teams to align contracting strategy to the overall brand strategy and contracting pull-through initiatives
+ Collaborate with field teams to implement the contracting strategy; solicit and act on feedback to optimize pricing and contracting strategy
+ Monitor and seek to continuously improve the operational effectiveness of the overall vaccine contracting process in close collaboration with US Market Access Contract Strategy team
+ Collaborate across USMA, Legal, Trade and BT to implement strategies and align on contracting issue resolution
**Basic Qualifications**
+ BS/BA Degree Required; MBA Preferred
+ 8 or more years of pharmaceutical pricing and/or contracting experience
+ Experience in leading vaccine specific pricing and contracting functions to include working with Group Purchasing Organizations, Physician Buying Groups, Integrated Delivery Networks
+ Demonstrated track record of strong business acumen, strategic thinking and project management skills
+ Proven track record of success with working effectively in a team-based environment, balancing diverse cross -functional perspectives, strong problem solving, leadership, and collaboration skills
+ High level change agility, flexibility and comfort with addressing and adapting to ambiguity
+ Excellent commercial, financial and analytical skills
+ Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169,700.00 to $282,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
