The Field Application Specialist (FAS) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for executing customer service strategies, contributing to the applications and field services team in favor of our customers, being a powerful ally and promoter of our solutions, as well FAS must perform at a high level to deliver in a solid way, is also responsible for supporting the marketing and commercial strategies.
This position is part of Service Brazil located in Curitiba and will be an opportunity to be remote, in the office and at customers on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Field Service Application Team and report to the Field Service Application Leader Brazil responsible for maintaining the high level of customer satisfaction for pre-sales and after-sales services. Will have the unique opportunity to deliver high technical performance and support customers in meeting their business challenges, raising the bar for education, and supporting new challenges to come, becoming a key part of our customers’ business decisions and want to work to build a world-class Field Application Specialists organization—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Support the On-Site visits and Remote assistance. Troubleshooting and training, being a Focal point for customers on product-related issues and strategic support in decision-making
+ Active communication bridge between Beckman Coulter and Customers, including marketing support with new launches and promotion campaigns.
+ Lead the continuing education of our customers, supporting customers in publishing relevant scientific articles and highlighting the area as a differentiator of our services in the market.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Proven experience with continuing education for clinical laboratory customers and >3 years in workflow of clinical analysis laboratories, with theoretical and practical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics in Beckman Coulter and or similar product lines
+ Proficient in English and desirable Spanish, native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese
+ Availability to travel within Brazilian territory to serve customers and internationally for training, the main characteristic of the position is face to face with the customers.
+ Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine or Biology
