The Field Service Developer is responsible for enhancing the efficiency of the Field Service business by implementing CRM best practices. This role focuses on delivering an intuitive user experience across both mobile and desktop platforms while monitoring and maintaining systems to ensure consistency and data accuracy throughout all platforms.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Commercial CRM and is part of the Global Commercial Operations and Enablement Team and will be fully remote.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
+ Designing and sustaining dependable real-time integration between our FSL and Oracle ERP systems
+ Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize service workflows and tools
+ Developing a field service management platform that exemplifies best-in-class standards for our users
The essential job requirements are:
+ Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification
+ At least 3 years of experience with FSL and Salesforce mobile platforms
+ At least 3 years working with Field Service Lightning
+ At least 3 years developing Webservice APIs
+ At least 3 years in Lightning Web Component (LWC) development
Additional preferred qualifications:
+ Platform User Experience Designer Certification
+ Service Cloud experience

The annual salary range is $100k-$112k CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #LI-Remote
