Finance Senior Manager – Product Analytics and Insights – US, Remote

**What you will do**

Let’s do this! Let’s change the world! In this vital role, you will be the product therapeutic Area Governance (TAG) Finance Senior Manager will work in the Product Analytics and Insights group.

**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Embed financial insight into product decisions across the TAG

+ Deliver cohesive financial product support for Product Teams and TAGs strategies & governance decisions

+ Foster deep partnership between functional/regional and country FP&A leads and Product Teams at the product / TAG level

+ Ensure product level analyses are consistent; build financial line of sight across both internal commercialization and external business opportunities via a positive relationship with Alliance Management & Transaction Analysis Group

+ Drive budget clarity at the product level; memorializes within contract book

+ Deliver Global, cross-functional Product P&L’s and provides clarity on spend, variances, and strategic choices to CMZ (TAG head, PT’s GPM’s, PM leads), Functional/Country & Regional finance, and BD

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Doctorate degree and 2+ years of Finance experience, OR

+ Master’s degree and 6+ years of Finance experience, OR

+ Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Finance experience, OR

+ Associate’s degree and 10+ years of Finance experience, Or

+ High school diploma / GED and 12+ years of Finance experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ MBA is preferred

+ Strong financial analysis skills, and experience supporting cross-functional decision making

+ Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence

+ Problem solver with the ability to think strategically and be solution-oriented to support key business decisions

+ Collaborator who can optimally navigate across a global, matrixed organization

+ Prior experience in managing dynamic teams across various locations

+ Experience navigating Amgen’s financial planning process preferred

+ Knowledge of and experience with Amgen’s commercialization process is a plus
