**We are looking for a Finance Analyst (Operations). This position is located in Roebuck, South Carolina and is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days onsite.**

This role is responsible for executing and supporting critical financial, payroll, inventory, and operational reporting processes. You will ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and timely completion of weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities while providing essential analysis to support Finance, People & Organization, and Operations.

**You’ll make a difference by:**

**Payroll & Compensation Processes**

+ Processing, validating, and reconciling weekly payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.

+ Performing monthly payroll audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

+ Preparing and validating monthly bonus calculations and related reporting.

+ Calculating and reconciling paid time off and accrual balances.

**Scrap Analysis & Operational Reporting**

+ Preparing scrap metrics and analysis for bi‑weekly operational review meetings.

+ Executing and validating monthly scrap calculations and reporting.

+ Performing accounting reclassifications related to scrap in accordance with financial rules.

**You’ll also contribute by:**

**Month‑End Close & Productivity Reporting**

+ Supporting key month‑end close activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.

+ Calculating and reviewing fringe cost allocations, including benefits and payroll‑related costs.

+ Analyzing productivity hours and maintaining operational KPIs and scorecards.

+ Maintaining and updating required productivity and operational data in supporting systems.

**Inventory & Cost Control**

+ Reviewing inventory costing to ensure proper application of the First‑In, First‑Out methodology.

+ Performing quarterly inventory reserve and obsolescence analysis.

**Headcount & Workforce Reporting**

+ Maintaining accurate headcount tracking reports, staffing movements, and workforce metrics.

+ Supporting Finance and Operations with timely and reliable workforce data.

**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

+ Minimum of 3+ years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

+ Solid understanding of Controlling, Cost Accounting, or General Accounting.

+ Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and data modeling.

+ Experience working in SAP or a similar ERP system.

+ Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience supporting payroll, inventory, or operational finance processes.

+ Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

+ Ability to manage recurring deadlines across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross‑functionally with Operations and P&O.

+ Continuous improvement mindset with interest in process efficiency and data quality.
