The Global Product Manager for Aseptic Technology is responsible for the development and execution of the product strategy, roadmap and business objectives for gas filtration consumables critical to the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, biotech drugs and advanced therapies/ gene therapies.In this capacity, the global product manager works to define the business plan for the sterilizing grade gas filter product range, drive its implementation and measure performance against plan. As part of that, this position also researches and plans the strategy for the development of complementary value-adding products and technology within the field of aseptic processing.The role requires an understanding and practical experience in Voice of Customer, product development, segmentation and branding to identify new opportunities to create customer value. The position will be required to drive existing and new product/ technology developments. In this regard, the global product manager must engage heavily with research and development, engineering, marketing and regulatory departments as they convert product concepts into commercial solutions with a clear value proposition.The position requires leadership and strong collaborative execution, engagement in complete life cycle management/ portfolio optimization, product planning, marketing, customer research, commercialization, and implementation of go-to market product strategy and tactics along with providing support for, operations and quality initiatives.

+ Collaborate with Key opinion leaders and strategic partners.

+ Analyze the competitive landscape.

+ Conduct win/loss and Voice of the Customer analysis.

+ Conduct technology assessment.

+ Define user personas for individual products.

+ Position the product for all markets and buyer types.

+ Product marketing promotion strategy.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related life sciences subject area. MBA preferred.

+ 3 years industry experience, in practical bioprocess applications, marketing, product management or sales in the biopharmaceutical industry.

+ Knowledge of aseptic processing.

+ Market knowledge in monoclonal antibody manufacturing and gene therapy.
