+ Hiring: facilitate hiring process, business needs analysis, join interview as appropriate
+ New associate engagement: arrange new joiner’s buddy, conduct day 30 conversation for check in
+ LM capability: provide feedback, conduct training to LM to enhance LM capability
+ Other HRBP BAU: provide advisory to associate and LM as necessary
