Onboarding:•Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials, setting up workstations, and conducting orientation sessions.•Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.•Facilitate introductions to team members and provide new hires with all necessary information regarding company policies and procedures.Visa, Work Permit and Mobilization Processing:•Assist with the coordination and processing of visas and work permits for employees.•Liaise with relevant government authorities to ensure timely completion of visa and work permit applications.•Keep track of expiration dates and ensure renewals are processed in advance on Muqeem Platform.Employee Letters and Documentation:•Draft and issue various employee letters, including employment verification, salary letters, and other HR-related documents.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality is always upheld.Managen the government platform:•Manage the addition, deletion, and updates of GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) for employees. Explain employee inquiries and complaints related to Confidential – Company ProprietaryGOSI. Follow up on work injury registrations and ensure that employee records align with thesis active list.•Manage the Qiwa platform for all services of the Saudi labor system, organizing and following up all transactions.
