**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. During this program you will embark on a transformative journey as a Learning & Leadership Academy Intern, where you’ll work closely with our team to support various aspects of training program development and delivery. This hands-on role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in instructional design, facilitation, and learning program management.

+ Support all Onboarding tasks for New Joiners, HiringManagers, and HR Staff in preparation for, facilitation of, and follow up to the Welcome Days Program.

+ Assist in the design and development of new and enhancements to current learning materials, resources, and training modules for staff and leadership development programs.

+ Support the coordination and facilitation of workshops, seminars, and training sessions, including logistical arrangements, participant communication, and materials preparation.

+ Engage in cross-functional projects and initiatives within the HR department, gaining exposure to various aspects of learning and leadership development processes and contributing to the overall success of the team.

+ Degree program in Psychology, Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field.

+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Passion for learning and professional development.
