I.GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES

Support outside sales with pre-calls, cross-selling, loyalty programs and promotions. Responsible for special projects and specific internal telephone initiatives.

II.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Generate purchase history reports and analyze ordering patterns of existing ordering sites.

+ Forecast anticipated Sales.

+ Identify and close Analyzer, cuvette & Promo upgrade opportunities.

+ Document contacts in CRM system

+ Communicate customer facing needs to both Outside Sales as well as Training Specialists.

+ Special projects and Targeted Internal Sales/Marketing Initiatives as defined by Director of sales operations.

III.REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

a) Position Specific Competencies / Experience

+ High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years relevant inside sales experience

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

+ Sales Oriented

+ Ability to work in a Fast Paced Environment

+ Strong PC skills

b) Education

+ High school diploma or equivalent

c) Language

+ English

d) IT

+ Mid-level to advanced MS Office skills, Outlook Word, Excel, Internet

e) Travel (required estimated % of time)

+ Less than 10%
