We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Service Administration team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. You will have the opportunity to learn how we manage service scheduling and billing, coordinate with technicians and customers, maintain accurate service records, and process service-related documentation.
This position is part of the Customer Care Organization, located in Madrid, and will be fully on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be part of the Customer Technical Support team and report to the Customer Technical Support Manager. You will learn how we oversee and manage the technical call center and dispatch operations, ensuring efficient and effective communication between our technical support team and customers.

In this internship, you will have the exciting opportunity to:
+ Learn to provide administrative support to the service team, including managing emails, phone calls, quotes, billing, and system data maintenance.
+ Develop your customer relationship skills by helping us build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and follow-up.
+ Assist in resolving service-related issues, learning when to escalate complex issues to the appropriate staff and ensuring follow-up to resolution.
What we are looking for in you (your essential skills and enthusiasm):
+ High school diploma or equivalent (this is a must!).
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and internal staff.
+ A strong desire to provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues courteously and efficiently.
+ Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
