**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

Put your analytical skills and business acumen into practice with a global leader in Health Technology and build your interpersonal and business skills with support from all that Philips has to offer. You will contribute by delivering valuable insights to Philips Real Estate that drive strategic decision-making for Philips businesses, markets and functions. In particular, you will help pave the road for the future of work by analyzing effects of the pandemic and technological advancements in smart buildings.

**You are responsible for**

+ Collaborating on the strategic ‘office of the future’ plan in which we investigate how the pandemic is impacting our way of working by gathering local intel and executing the appropriate analysis.

+ Working on a global end-2-end smart building design and implementation project.

+ Assist the Real Estate Intelligence team on strategic deep-dives and provide high quality and meaningful recommendations.

**You are a part of**

The Strategy, M&A and Innovations team within the Philips Real Estate function. A team that cooperates with a large variety of Businesses, Markets and other functional teams across the Philips spectrum.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**

+ Pursuing a University Master’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, Data Science, (Quantitative) Finance or similar with an excellent academic track record.

+ Good programming skills with the R programming language or, at the very least, strong experience with Python and/or MATLAB.

+ Experience with Business Analytics and Data Science techniques (e.g. big-data management, time-series analysis, machine-learning, advanced regression methods, etc.).

+ Proven highly analytical mindset and a strong ‘get-things-done’ drive.

+ Urge to turn large amounts of data into sensible recommendations and be able to communicate these in a clear and concise manner.

+ Genuine interest in real estate and strategy.

+ Neat MS-Powerpoint skills.

+ Business fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.
