This position is part of the IT department located in Coralville, IA and will be onsite. At IDT, we are one global team. We celebrate our differences, engage in healthy debate, and are inclusive. Together, we accomplish great things.
Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
+ Installation, configuration, troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software platforms via phone, web and in-person channels. This includes desktops, laptops, printers, thermal label printers, lab equipment, cameras and more.
+ Configure and maintain laptops and desktops imaged with Windows 10, 11, and Mac OS, including advanced hardware and software troubleshooting, including Microsoft Applications.
+ Create and maintain effective documentation for both users and technicians to enable recurring tasks to be completed quickly and consistently across the business.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ High School diploma or higher with a minimum two years supporting end-users in person, via phone, and in an enterprise-level corporate IT environment.
+ Experience within Microsoft enterprise-level corporate environment a must: Active Directory, Win10, MS Apps, etc.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
+ CompTIA A+ or comparable certification
+ Experience supporting hardware beyond standard office equipment.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
+ Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs.
