What are my responsibilities?1. Architecture & Security FoundationDesign, implement, and oversee scalable cybersecurity architectures for Siemens’ IT/OT landscapes; protect critical assets/data from threats, enable secure digital transformation, and ensure global regulatory/internal policy compliance.2. Chengdu Site Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment• Coordinate Chengdu Site’s cybersecurity operations, aligning with organizational goals.• Collaborate with Region CEO/CFO, IT/OT, Product/R&D teams to tie cybersecurity to business objectives.• Coordinate the execution of governance (refine/track controls) for internal/external compliance.3. Strategy & Ecosystem Development• Define and coordinate the landing of cybersecurity service/governance frameworks (IT/OT/products/solutions) to meet business needs.• Define and coordinate the landing of Building SEWC Site’s (BL/Factory) cybersecurity ecosystem (authorities, customers, peers, etc.).• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.4. Core Operations• Drive cybersecurity solution adoption; act as primary contact for issue resolution.• Monitor/report on security effectiveness, take corrective actions.• Validate suppliers’ security practices; align with global cybersecurity leadership (share best practices, ensure standards consistency).Requirements• Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity within IT/OT & PSS at a mid-large size plant, with a track record in functional leadership in matrix organizations.• Project Management and Service management experience according to ITIL.• Background in Computer Science or Business Information Technology (preferably with a cybersecurity focus), knowledge of ISO270001,NIST Cybersecurity framework and IEC 62443, better to have related certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.• Open mindset, hardworking style and working innovatively. strategic thinking and solution oriented.• Good written and oral English.
