**Here Is What You Need** **(Minimum Requirements)**

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 6+ years of experience

+ Demonstrated ability to perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration on tasks

+ Proven capability to understand and follow written procedures

+ Ability to work independently or in groups effectively

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Excellent problem-solving skills

+ Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

**Bonus Points If You Have** **(Preferred Requirements):**

+ A Bachelor’s Degree

+ Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field

+ Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**

+ Stand 6-8 hours per shift, sit 2-6 hours per shift, use computer terminal up to 6 hour per shift.

+ Change into area required garments (i.e. scrubs, shoes, PPE, safety glasses) 2-3 times per shift.

+ Work around moving/rotating equipment, work around chemicals, work in hearing conservation area, work on knees or non-standing position occasionally. Requires physical activity for operation of equipment.

+ Respond to visual/audible warning and alarm indicators, respond to color or other visual indicators.

+ Walk on floors/catwalks, climb stairs/ladders

+ Vision correctable to 20/20

+ Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

**NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS**

• This will be a 12-hour shift position.

• Typical start/end time: 6pm to 6am (Night shift).

• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.

• No travel required.

The salary for this position ranges from $22.94 to $38.24 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
