_What Consultant, Customer Experience contributes to Cardinal Health_

Manager, Customer Experience is responsible for working collaboratively across the cross functional organization to understand and ultimately lead the resolution of operational, transactional and service issues that may impact our customers or internal efficiencies. This person must be able to lead small to medium sized teams through influence.

**Accountabilities in this role**

+ Responsible for the effectiveness of business operations and improving the overall customer experience.
+ Establish end-to-end customer experience and key business process metrics to identify customer experience and process gaps.
+ Through indirect leadership, work with the directors and managers of the respective cross-functional groups within the NPWT team and within Cardinal Health to identify process gaps and execute on improvements.
+ Lead projects that cross the multiple classes of trade that NPWT services to ensure a seamless customer and patient experience with product and service offering
+ Work with the Global Vice President and Global Director of Marketing of the business unit on organizational design to support the future operations of the business.
+ Member of the BU’s leadership team.
+ Must be a leader; able to take the lead with the directors/managers in Sourcing, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales Operations and Sales in establishing the key operational metrics for the business, identifying key gaps and driving sustainable improvements.

_Qualifications_

+ Bachelors degree required; business degree preferred
+ 3- 5 years of project leadership in a cross functional environment
+ Medical or healthcare industry experience preferred
+ Ability to travel primarily within geographically assigned territory
+ Valid driver’s license
