**JOB DESCRIPTION** Improve site performance by utilizing Lean principles and Operational Excellence (OPEX) tool and methodology in order to achieve business goal and targets.

Support the strategic plans and improvement activities across site.

Develop, implement, and drive Jayuya’s lean culture plan.

Identify and incorporate best practices into operational activities.

Organize and facilitate the exchange of knowledge across site.

Review site use of collaborative tools and identify opportunities to roll these out across site.

Apply, teach, and rollout OPEX tools in all activities.

Identify organizational talent needs and rollout training programs to support current and future business needs.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**

B.S./B.B.A. degree or equivalent degree in Business Management, Engineering, or other related field of study. M.B.A., M.S. or other technical graduate degree preferred.Certified Black Belt, solid knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles with a minimum 10 years of business operations and/or plant manufacturing or engineering experience, which includes a minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated process improvement success.Leadership skills to introduce new processes and way of working within the organization and facilitate coach and motivate multi-disciplinary & cross-functional team. Ability to discuss normally encountered technical or projects management issues, both verbally and in written form. Ability to work as collaborative team member. MS Project/MS Excel and word applications to do process analysis and reports. Knowledge of problem solving and statistical techniques. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. Traveling is required.
