**What you will do**

In this role, you will serve as a senior analytical professional and people manager within the R&D Business Analysis Team. You will lead complex analyses, support strategic and operational decision-making, and act as a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders across R&D and enterprise functions. You will also manage and develop a team of Business Analysis professionals, ensuring high-quality delivery and capability growth.

**Job Responsibilities**

– Lead complex financial, operational, and business analyses supporting R&D and enterprise decisions

– Develop business cases, scenarios, and recommendations to support planning and investment decisions

– Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches

– Partner with stakeholders to align assumptions, priorities, and insights

– Deliver clear, leadership-ready insights and presentations

– Manage and develop Business Analysis team members, including goal setting, coaching, performance feedback, and development planning

– Set priorities, review work quality, and ensure timely delivery across assigned workstreams

– Support improvement and standardization of analytical tools, templates, and processes

**Basic Qualifications**

– Doctorate degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR

– Master’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience OR

– Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience OR

– Diploma and 10–12 years of relevant experience

– Prior experience managing or leading others

– Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical modeling

– Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools

**Preferred Qualifications**

– Experience supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, or investment decisions

– Experience managing analysts or small teams in a matrixed environment

– Familiarity with enterprise systems and analytics platforms

– Experience working in R&D, operations, or regulated environments

– Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level insights
