Description

**Responsibilities:**

+ Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with governments and associations managing Pricing & Reimbursement policy, including but not limited to National Healthcare Reimbursement Administration (NHSA), National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA), China Pricing Association, China Reimbursement Association etc.

+ Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with NRDL/VBP related KOLs in policy, HE, pharmacy, hospital management to drive NRDL listing and VBP defense. Lead relevant policy research projects and stakeholder engagement

+ Shape and drive multi-layer reimbursement system, including but not limited national level CHI drug list, innovative payment schemes. Engage top CHI companies, TPAs, associations to drive new drug listing

+ Lead strategic P&R policy analysis to inform business, including but not limited to NRDL, VBP, DRG & DIP, nationwide pricing regulations, CHI development, reimbursement chasing code management etc.

+ Maintain national medical insurance related information systems, including but not limited to the submission of negotiated drug information, drug NRDL code database, and BMI fund data system.

+ Lead and manage NRDL/CHI/VBP related pharmacy research projects and engage top pharmacists to achieve P&R access goals.

**Requirements:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or above, prefer healthcare related majors.

+ 8+ years of market access experience, 5+ years of experience in central reimbursement affairs. Experience of working with relevant government departments, MNCs, or leading domestic (innovative) companies preferred.

+ Solid stakeholder relationship, strong partnerships with NHSA and NRDL review experts, and NRDL related project management capabilities

+ Familiar with policy framework and development trends across all healthcare insurance policies, with a forward-looking perspective on healthcare insurance system development.

+ Strategic analytical thinking and project management skills, strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

+ Excellent cross-department collaboration and resource integration capabilities.
