Hologic is seeking a **Marketing Sciences & Analytics Analyst** to lead a major area of significant responsibility on the Global Marketing team within the Diagnostics Solutions (DxS) business unit.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
We are seeking a commercial/marketing analyst with excellent analytical skills. Experience in the healthcare, biotech and/or diagnostics industry a plus but not required. As the Marketing Analytics Analyst, your primary duties will be data mining and presentation of quantitative product and user analysis, identification of patterns and trends in data, and working closely with marketing, product and senior management to provide critical, timely and actionable information to senior management for decision making.
+ Develop reports using tools as needed to provide key stakeholders with the information they need to make timely business decisions
+ Perform ad hoc analysis on customer data using available tools to understand user patterns and behavior
+ Work with product and sales operations team to provide quick feedback on user responses to changes
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the basic knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
+ Experience with Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, Forecasting, Customer Segmentation and Territory Alignments.
+ Utilizes Dashboards/KPI’s, Data Mining and Statistical Analysis in support of goals and outcomes.
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, economics, statistics, or similar
+ 2-5 years’ experience in an analytics, marketing analyst, business analyst role
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
+ Attention to detail
+ Experience with large data sets and BI tools
+ Excel and PowerPoint skills
+ Ability to learn new systems quickly
