Is responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.

**You are responsible for**

Performs process validations and qualifications. Support to process flow for new suppliers to develop new material or equipment needs. Supports to the execution of the activities defined in project. Basic knowledge of cost analysis for new product expenditures. Adheres to finalized budgets. May support internal audit processes helping to coordinate operational logistics.Participates in Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis. Supports requests from cross functional teams. May support specific steps on the review of new product technology including existing or needed tooling and processes. Builds relationship to interact with other Mfg. Engineers, Technicians, and cross-functional teams. Safety consideration for material usage, process.Participates in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), CIP Continuous Improvement Program (CIPs) and other internal projects Non Conformance Reports (NCRs). May support projects and next level MEs under the supervision of a senior ME. Entry level professional that applies company policies and procedures to resolve issues. (Discipline/Domain Specific).

Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Builds stable relationships internally. Normally receives detailed instruction on all work. Works from supplied list of tasks. Provides guidance and training to production operators during the implementation process. Normally receives general instruction on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments. Provides guidance and training to production operators during the implementation process.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**

Requires Bachelor’s degree in ME, EE, IE, OE, BME, or other relevant field with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.

Demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills working in a cross-functional regulated environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project) to create schedules, presentations, graphs and charts.

SPC software, CAD (Drawings understanding )

Proficient with additional software packages as required.

Intermediate-Advanced English Skills or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.
