**What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:**
Within the Siemens Smart Americas Digital Service Center, the Middleware Software Developer works collaboratively alongside multiple teams, including Siemens Data Quality Assurance, the office of Sustainability and Energy Management, and developers and product owners for the Siemens energy and controls BI platform, Navigator. You’ll contribute to customer-facing and internal websites, and work to integrate data flow processes across and between these systems.
+ Integrate systems using Rest API’s, SQL (MSSQL), C#, web services, SQL stored procedures, SQL Jobs
+ Troubleshoot/ diagnose and fix issues such as missing data, incorrect data, or any system failures
+ Build new features and enhance existing features to a .NET web application and its components – Reports (SSRS), integrations (SSIS), backend database (MSSQL), front -end .NET/ C# application
+ Work with stakeholders to get requirements, understand their challenges, and design and build a solution that fits their needs.
+ High school diploma, state-recognized GED, or state recognized high school proficiency exam required. BS/BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.
+ Minimum of three years’ experience in .NET and C#.
+ Strong understanding of SQL databases and queries.
+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
+ Experience deploying to Windows operating systems.
+ Experience with SQL Server on Windows.
+ Experience with Agile development methodology.
+ Experience with middleware applications.
