**In this role you will have the opportunity to**

Develop the OB/Gyn business within CEER market. Every day will offer new and exciting challenges, selling some of the Healthcare Industry’s most innovative solutions. You will be required to build high-level business relationships both internally and externally, constantly being aware of current and future market trends with respect to customer and overall industry and execute a planned approach to maximizing sales volumes and margins.

**You are responsible for:**

+ Creating and implementing the strategy of the development of OB/Gyn ultrasound business in CEER market

+ Providing the relevant and up-to-date information about the products and competition to the local sales staff.

+ Promoting Philips OB/Gyn solutions in customer visits, seminars and trade shows

+ Training and supporting sales teams at product knowledge and competitor analysis

+ Building and maintaining proper relations with respective KOLs

+ Monitoring of sales results and proposes corrective actions.

+ Contribution to the marketing plan for the region or country and giving input for the global marketing plan.

+ Acting as the central point of contact for OB/Gyn business the Ultrasound organization

**You are a part of:**

Health Systems Ultrasound Market CEER organization. You will cooperate closely with sales, clinical application specialist, service teams in order to maximize the market share and prepare the best value proposition for our customers.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:**

+ **At least 5 years of related experience in obstetrics / gynecology field**

+ At least Bachelor’s degree

+ Experience in Modality Management and tactical sales plan

+ **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English**

+ Ability to work independently while interacting within a (virtual) team with all levels of the organization;

+ **High level of integrity and result-oriented;**
