**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

As an Administrative Assistant supporting the Monitoring Clinical Services teams at Philips, no two days are the same. One day you may be setting up on-line classrooms for our external customers, the next you could be supporting the regional clinical team by applying your knowledge of Microsoft Applications to develop end user educational packets.

We are continually looking for talented people who want to build their professional careers within Patient Monitoring. Based remotely, you will support two clinical teams within large geographies in North America. These clinical teams support our customers by providing on site end user product education, configuration services and go-live support on a variety of monitoring equipment.

**You are responsible for**

Serving as Administrative Support to one or more Monitoring Clinical Services teams.

+ Tracking and organizing information and providing this information to the management team(s) in monthly reports.

+ Maintain office supplies of more than 60 remote employees.

+ Assist in tracking and monitoring calendars and CS logistics.

+ Assist in planning meeting logistics for meetings of various sizes (less than 10 attendees to meetings of 50+ personnel).

+ Order supplies and equipment for organization, maintain records and reconcile purchasing card on a weekly basis.

+ Maintain phone and address lists as well as organization charts for the zone.

+ Assist with special projects as requested.

+ Maintain files and documentation for various courses – assist the National CS to apply for and track CEU documentation for seminars.

+ Recording minutes and distributing these are part of the routine responsibilities.

+ Supporting the on boarding of new hires is an area of responsibility, as is assisting with documentation for new hires and terminations.

+ Interact/support our third party consultants.

+ Management of the Clinical Specialist equipment (simulators, cables, monitors, basic laptop and cell phone support and assisting in integration of those devices with Philips systems).

+ A yearly Customer site visit and participating in process improvement projects.

**You are a part of**

An organization passionate about patients and the care providers interacting with them. You will operate remotely, independently, and be self-motivated while working under the Senior Manager, Field Clinical Applications with minimal supervision.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

+ Advanced computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Salesforce and SAP experience, a plus.

+ Ability to work in ever-changing environments.

+ Flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity.

+ Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

+ Must be able to work independently, prioritize work and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy.

+ Highly flexible and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

+ Initiative, tenacity, and resilience to build effective working relationships

+ Associate of Applied Science in Office Administration, preferred

+ Willingness to travel overnight 10% of the time.

+ Ability to be managed remotely.
