The Regional Manager in Neurovascular
Sales is responsible for leading and developing a sales team of highly
experienced individuals in growing sales of all Neurovascular products to both
new and existing customers.The East District Manager willmanage 6-9 Territory Managers and 1-3 Clinical Associate Territory Managers and will be covering a multi-state geography.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Create and manage market development representatives andexecute programs across key accounts in the region.

+ Implement and provide strategic direction and consultationto the regional team to drive the achievement of sales objectives.

+ Achieve Regional revenue targets and achieve consistentquota.

+ Plans, organizes, and implements sales programs that willdrive sales results and team development for the assigned region.

+ Trains, develops, and mentors all team members within theregion to ensure they have the skills necessary to achieve sales goals.

+ Responsible for developing relationships to provide worldclass customer service and customer relations.

+ Provide guidance to team on specific targeting of keyaccounts and proper account management strategies

+ Manage the performance and development of Sales Team,including Sr. Territory Managers,

+ Territory Managers, Sales Associates andClinical Specialists

+ Develop key physician champions to help promoteNeurovascular products and Continuum of Care.

+ Review and monitor results throughout the year and providethe proper direction to sales team to ensure achievement of individual,Regional, and corporate goals.

+ Ensure that customers, market, and segments have beenproperly identified and targeted through market research and communication withSales management.

+ Responsible for product and account management, marketingresearch/sales planning, including market forecasting and analyses.

+ Work with Corporate Accounts team to identify and targetappropriate strategic accounts and opportunities.

+ Responsible for developing and managing the regional budget,developing forecasts, and reports and the strategic deployment of resourceswithin the region.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience

**Nice to Have**

3-5+ years’ experience in a documented successful sales management
role in the medical device industry

8-10 years of documented success in a progressive medical device
sales role.

Demonstrated success in the Neurovascular space or similar with
documented proven sales success.Examples are President’s Clubs, Top Ten Performers.
