What You Will Achieve The Customer & Commercial Creation Center- Omnichannel Services & Solutions (OSS) team provides delivery services for all Pfizer Business lines in the areas of external Digital engagement channels and mobile applications. As such this role will have global responsibility managing projects to implement solutions for customer identity, registration and validation capabilities.
This individual will be leading/managing multiple projects utilizing solution architects, development vendors and strategic partners. The projects are related to enhancements and maintenance services as part of the Pfizer standard Global Registration & Validation (GRV) capability.
The ideal candidate will bring Project Management and Scrum master expertise as well as have some technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in Customer Identity & Access Management (CI&AM) technologies.
This individual will be accountable for one or more Business Units and/or regions as part of the role.
This is a high-volume delivery role where passion and experience in delivering digital solutions will directly drive our solution roadmaps and help grow our digital communication capabilities. How You Will Achieve It
+ The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of Project Management, Solution Delivery Lifecyle (SDLC) and experience with Agile Methodologies with some working knowledge of Scrum master. This role will be responsible for leading digital service delivery on a global scale. The following are key responsibilities for this role:
+ Ability to manage and execute end-to-end projects, major and minor enhancements, maintenance requests etc.
+ Work closely with business and development teams to satisfy business requirements for new features. Take ownership of the solution from end to end and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a complete solution.
+ Execute all projects in compliance with company development guidelines. Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of mobile solutions including, but not limited to, executing code reviews.
+ Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress during project execution.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, develop and implement website and mobile app enhancements
+ Manages technological and financial resources – sometimes direct and sometimes in a matrix structure.
+ Manages contract resources and establish and operate support models for delivered solutions
+ Ensuring delivery to required time, cost & quality through a core group of preferred vendors
+ Accountable for ensuring compliance with Pfizer standards
+ Responsible for vendor relationship management for each of the project delivery
+ Engaging with enterprise architects as appropriate to ensure project solutions comply with platform standards.
+ Effectively communicates relevant Digital related information to key stakeholders
+ Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision making to drive initiatives forward.
+ Provide subject matter expertise from Pfizer Digital during meetings with customers and business partners on Services projects.
+ Oversee launch and release planning and management, track metrics and manage product lifecycle.
+ Management of all finances and reporting of finances to senior LT as appropriate.
+ Identifies existing process/product improvements.
+ Develops innovative, advanced new concepts that improve processes / products across own and related disciplines.
+ Uses communication to help ensure alignment within and outside of Omnichannel services.
+ Manages teams that execute direction for the Omnichannel services.
+ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
+ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
+ Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
+ Ensure resource availability and allocation
+ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
+ Report and escalate to management as needed
+ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
+ Perform risk management to minimize project risks
+ Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
+ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or Technology Management preferred.
+ 5+ years of demonstrated experience as either a Project Manager or Scrum master.
+ Familiarity with Content Management systems, Identity Solutions (such as Janrain, Auth0, Okta, Gigya etc.) and HTML/CSS.
+ Solid understanding of Customer Identity & Access Management (CI&AM) architecture and technical analysis including understanding of technical challenges and recommend technologies and solutions to meet business objectives.
+ Strong Business Analysis and written communication skills
+ Experience with writing and maintaining training curriculum, Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions.
+ Experience managing enhancement/maintenance teams.
+ Demonstrated experience managing external website/mobile application solutions.
+ Project Management for small to mid-sized projects that run at very high speed.
+ Experience working with Software Development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Github, Smartsheet etc.
+ Experience working with Agile processes within a solution delivery environment.
+ Multi-Tasking to manage a portfolio of projects number into the dozens at a time.
+ Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and large-scale internet-based website development.
+ Excellent organization and time management skills.
+ Communication and team management skills.
+ Solid technical background with an ability to troubleshoot performance, accessibility and compatibility issues.
+ PMP / Agile Scrum certification would be a plus.
+ Prior solution architecture/engineer experience would be a plus.
+ Prior experience with I&AM systems, Sales Force applications
