1. 了解业务需求,主动cold call,及时推荐简历。

2. 维护并主动开拓招聘渠道(线上线下),建立人才库。

3. 熟练操作HR相关系统,实现招聘流程电子化。

4. 完成KPI 及部门交代的其他任务。

任职要求:

1. 全日制本科毕业,专业不限;

2. 认真负责,善于学习、沟通与分享;

3. 有志于在人力资源行业发展,有相关实习经验优先。
