As a Plant Controller for Radiometer who will be responsible to serve as the primary business partner to the Minneapolis and Carlsbad Sites Leadership Team and will be accountable for the financial results of the operations of this business.
This position is on site with primarily location based in Minneapolis, a part of the Financial and Planning team and reports to the Head of Global Operations Finance located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Be a trusted advisor and Business Partner for the Site Management providing analysis, recommendations, ensure sound financial decision making and have the skillset to build a strong partnership with Global Operations, R&D, QA, FP&A, Financial Shared Service
+ Develop financial plans and monthly forecasts in partnership with Global Operations, R&D, QA departments
+ Support Global Operations in delivering annual cost reduction objectives (productivity, cost of quality/VAVE, PPV), capital request analysis and cost management
+ Coordinate the annual standard cost update and perform an annual impact analysis for the site
+ Oversee cost accounting procedures and inventory control policies, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance, drive inventory reductions and assist in annual inventory count
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Management Accounting, Supply Chain Management or similar field with 9+ years of experience in a manufacturing finance environment OR Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 4+ years experience.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
+ In depth cost accounting knowledge, emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, internal controls and familiarity with ERP systems (production modules a large benefit)
+ Being a self-starter and proactive, structured with demonstrated ability to deliver results consistently
+ Possess solid stakeholder management, communication and presentations skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionality and collaborate with various teams
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel up to 20% to the other production site in Carlsbad
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ CMA or CPA a plus
+ Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI OneStream and Power Query
+ Driving finance and process improvements

The salary range for this role is $120,000 – $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
