We are looking for a Preventive Maintenance Lead. This position will be based at our Fort Worth facility located at 7200 Harris Legacy Dr.

**You’ll make an impact by:**

+ Ensuring all manufacturing devices, including conveyors, hoists, production machines, PCs & printers are operational and optimized to ensure uninterrupted operation of our manufacturing site.

+ Diagnose and resolve hardware and electrical issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime for manufacturing operations.

+ Initiate requisitions for necessary equipment materials, rental equipment or contracted repairs. Review operating reports and inspection records to identify faulty equipment. Maintain a computerized maintenance management system. Train personnel in the use of predictive maintenance equipment.

+ Implement regular inspections and preventative maintenance activities on equipment, machinery, and systems to prevent potential disruptions and prevent costly repairs. Finding opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction by analyzing equipment performance data and recommending changes or upgrades.

+ Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, schedules, and checklists to ensure systematic and organized maintenance activities. Manage spare parts’ inventory, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance activities, and ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalency at minimum.

+ Validated experience with hands-on in electrical, pneumatic, & mechanical systems.

+ Solid understanding of electrical & mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.

+ Experience supporting PC’s running a Microsoft operating systems including but not limited to Excel, and PowerPoint.

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

**Preferred Qualifications** :

+ Some familiarity with Siemens PLCs and/or TIA Portal
