The Pricing & Margins Optimization Manager Europe maximizes margins and drives profitability for our European sales operations, responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing pricing strategies and initiatives across our product portfolio.

We look for a candidate with strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and sales operations, to develop and execute pricing strategies that align with our business goals and support sustainable growth.

Part of the Pricing, Contracts Governance and Compliance Team, reporting to the Director – Customer Service, Pricing, Contracts Governance & Compliance, the person can be located at our offices either in Nyon or in Barcelona with a hybrid setting.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Develop and implement a pricing strategy to maximize profitability, in alignment with business objectives (growth) and customer needs

+ Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions

+ Monitor and evaluate pricing performance at a Country, Customer, and contract level, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

+ Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making and analysis

+ Analyze sales deals to validate profitability data and calculations before signing a contract

+ Contribute to and Lead margin optimization initiatives in alignment with the Finance Director and the key stakeholders of the commercial teams

+ Create a Profitability Playbook which, along with the Sales Growth Playbook being already executed across the commercial team, will enable a profitable and sustainable growth in Europe

+ Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to generate insights and recommendations on pricing effectiveness and profitability.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Several years of international experience in pricing, revenue management or related roles

+ Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights

+ Experience with pricing analytics and modeling techniques: Data analysis and manipulation using data analytics tools

+ Experience in Change Management

+ Fluent English in written and spoken

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Healthcare or medical devices industry

+ Addressing the differences between private – public environment & direct – indirect sales models
