Manage the global Profit Elimination (PE) process for I/C Inventory to ensure accuracy in local statutory and US GAAP consolidated financial statements for 400+ legal entities.Partner with Finance teams across the globe to drive awareness of intercompany topics and to drive process improvements.

**A Day in the Life**

•Oversee the monthly PE out of balance reporting and resolution process.Coordinate with various regions to resolve issues and perform root cause analysis over errors.

•Own communication of PE out of balances to regional and group controllers to ensure appropriate visibility is maintained on intercompany reporting.

•Execute and communicate monthly write-offs for unresolved differences as required per policy.

•Complete monthly close responsibilities to assist in ensuring the accuracy of consolidated reporting.

•Provide training for regional and business group partners and facilitate communication between Finance and Operations teams.

•Participate in the annual revaluation process to roll inventory standards worldwide.Including change in LBM, AOP Fx rates, and mark-ups.

•Drive innovations in reporting through the analysis of reporting tools to ensure efficient, accurate, and easy to use reporting to finance managers.

•Provide operational guidance to global controllers on processing transactions for unique events through collaboration with Technical Accounting and Finance Systems teams.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ 7+ years of accounting or finance experience with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; or, 5+ years of accounting or finance experience with a Master’s Degree

+ Project Management skills

+ Experience with Excel

+ Working knowledge of SAP

+ Working knowledge of Hyperion reporting systems

**Nice to Have:**

+ MBA or other Master’s Degree

+ Certified Public Accountant

+ Previous experience in financial close process

+ Experience auditing financial processes and records

+ Demonstration of excellent judgment and decision making

+ Demonstrated ability to manage to tight deadlines, along with flexibility to changing priorities

+ Strong communication skills

+ Ability to deal with ambiguity

+ Willingness and ability to perform financial analysis for special projects as requested

+ Strong interpersonal skills
