**PRODUCT MANAGER**
**Job Description**
Reporting to Oncology & Hematology Business Unit Manager, executes marketing activities & plans and maximizes the brand potential and his/her main responsibilities will be as follows:
+ Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids, messages, CVAs, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages
+ Works with Brand Teams to maximize the brand performance
+ Develops LPS with cross functional team
+ Translates/implements international brand campaign locally
+ Prepares the launch plans to ensure successful launch
+ Designs and executes tactical plans in line with the strategy
+ Partners with the sales force to ensure the brand strategies and tactics are cascaded effectively
+ Analyses market research needs and results
+ Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans
+ Develops Financial short- & long-term forecasts, LRPs for the responsible brands
+ Partners with the Medical team to optimize the brand performance
+ Active presence and organization of National & International Congresses
+ Training & motivation of sales force (cycle & launch meetings)
+ Understands business dynamics, identifies business opportunities and develops business cases
+ Partners with Intercontinental Marketing Teams to understand global strategies
+ Identifies business opportunities and develops business case
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree would be an asset)
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in a multi-national pharmaceutical company
+ 2+ years of Product Management experience in Oncology area
+ Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
+ Experience with information systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
+ Applies advanced communication and presentation skills
+ Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude (oncology knowledge is a plus)
+ Examines and understands issues from multiple perspectives or points of view; takes a systematic approach to successfully resolving all issues
+ Applies digital marketing skills with omni-channel approach
+ Displays strong organizational and time management skills; multi-tasking; delivers commitments in a timely manner
