We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategic development of our People Center (ServiceNow) platform. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enabling the transformation of our global HR service delivery, ensuring our 300,000+ employees worldwide receive exceptional digital HR experiences.

As the People Center Product Owner, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders (GBS, P&O/HR) to deliver innovative solutions that enhance people experience and operational efficiency. You will be the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our ServiceNow HRSD platform evolves to meet the changing needs of our global workforce.
As a People Center Product Owner you own the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value. You define the vision and roadmap for the product and act as the voice of the customer for the development team to deliver maximum value from the product to meet business needs.
**Product Vision & Strategy**
+ Define and communicate a clear product vision for related ServiceNow modules
+ Align product roadmap with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs to enable tangible value
**Backlog Management**
+ Create, maintain, and actively prioritize the product backlog to steer platform advancement
+ Support development of user stories being well-defined, clear, and actionable for the development team.
**Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Regularly engage operational and customer stakeholders to shape the direction of the platform
+ Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders to refine features
+ Act as the voice of the customer and business within the Agile development team
**Continuous Improvement**
+ Monitor product performance and user adoption.
+ Identify opportunities for enhancements and process optimization within existing functionality.
+ Monitor platform releases to support active deployment and user adoption
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Operations Management, or other from an accredited university
+ 8-10 years HR related business and service delivery to include digital upgrades and transformations
+ Advanced working knowledge of ServiceNow
+ Track record of defining, implementing and maintaining best practices and industry standards
+ Manage relationships with external strategic providers on governance or service delivery level
+ Drive development. Implementation, and improvement of global IT solutions.
+ Proficient in English both written and verbal
+ Authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Influential Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional ability to influence and align senior executives, HR leadership, and IT teams across diverse business units.
+ Effective Communication: Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills for executive reporting, business case development, requirements gathering, and change management activities.
+ Change Driver: Proven track record of driving organizational change and process optimization in large enterprise environments.
