Brightline West is a transformative high-speed rail initiative connecting Las Vegas, NV to Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Spanning 220 miles along the I-15 corridor, this project will enable speeds up to 186 mph, cutting travel time to under 2.5 hours. It is expected to eliminate 3 million cars annually, reduce 400,000 tons of CO₂ emissions, and generate 40,000 construction jobs and 1,000 permanent positions.We are seeking a Project Scheduler with proven experience in electrification projects to join our team in Las Vegas. This role is critical to developing and managing integrated schedules for a large-scale infrastructure program involving multiple national and international collaborators.What your day-to-day will look like:Develop and manage a cost- and resource-loaded electrification schedule and its supporting narrative.Analyze critical and near-critical paths to identify risks and opportunities.Maintain the schedule model, high-level net plan, and bar chart, ensuring alignment with the overall Primavera P6 master schedule.Integrate sub-schedules and schedule fragments from internal departments and external partners.Create and maintain schedule processes, including scenario analysis, critical path diagnostics, buffer management, and claims support.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and Siemens’ global policies and procedures.Provide status reporting to internal and external partners, offering solutions for schedule delays.Manage the schedule structure in accordance with the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).Foster collaboration across departments and partners in a complex contractual environment.Apply tool-based diagnostics and deliver monthly schedule reports.To thrive in this role, you have:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Demonstrated success in large-scale, multi-partner projects, preferably in an international setting.Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and data visualization tools.Strong working understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.).Experience in multi-tasking project roles, with skills in problem-solving, claims management, and leadership.Why You’ll Love Working HereCompetitive benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, health and wellness programs, and tuition reimbursement.Be part of a pioneering transportation project that is reshaping mobility in the U.S.Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global impact.
