The Quality Trainer C is responsible for inspecting, testing, evaluating, and certifying product to ensure that complies with its specifications. Train newly hired direct personnel in their assigned tasks within the production processes (procedures, visual aids, work instructions), cross-train associates when required, update and keep track of training records of all production personnel.

This position reports to the Supervisor of Quality Assurance (Training) and is part of the Quality team located in Tijuana, Baja California, México and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Performs technical and practical training of direct personnel, according to procedures.

+ Delivers orientation training to production new hires.

+ Supports the production line by approving line clearance and inspecting and releasing the first item.

The essential requirements of the job include

+ High School diploma (desirable), or more than 3 years’ experience in similar roles.

+ Knowledge of Quality System and Good Manufacturing Practices.

+ Knowledge of Documentation Best Practices.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

+ Travel Requirements: Not required.

+ Work environment: Controlled Environmental Areas and Laboratories.

+ Physical stress required: Visual and manual

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Experience working in ISO 13485 regulated environments.

+ Knowledge of sampling plan program by attributes and use of measuring equipment.

+ Good verbal and written skills (desirable).
