Regional Service Manager is responsible for managing the healthcare Field
Service business by directing, coordinating and leading the organization and
its activities to meet customer service expectations and financial

+ Work to maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction

+ Communicate the valueproposition of Siemens service to customers

+ Obtaining service financialgoals through revenue attainment and effective cost containment.

+ Ensure compliance with FDAGood Manufacturing Practices

+ Meet annual RSM goals andmetrics as established

+ Hire, develop, train andcoach Customer Service Engineers (CSE’s)

+ Prioritize customer and businessobjectives to provide clear direction to CSE’

+ Develop long term valuebased relationships with key accounts

+ Provide additionalescalation support to resolve key account issues

+ Develop proactive accountplans to prevent or predict issues

+ Provide continuescommunication across organization for key accounts

**RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**

+ BS/BA in related discipline,or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of educationand experience.

+ 8+ years of successfulexperience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of KeyResponsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

+ Excellentorganizational skills

+ Superiorcommunication skills (written and oral) and ability to effectivelycommunicate with stakeholders at many levels within the organization

+ Effectively presentinformation to co-workers and employee groups, including upper management,customers at various levels and public representatives

+ Ability to read, analyze andtranslate into action financial profit and loss statements.

+ Professional level knowledgeon using analytical databases and complex excel workbooks and associatedpivot tables.

+ Ability to read, analyze andinterpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports andlegal documents

+ Abilityto thrive as a member of a collaborative, cross-functional team

+ Competent knowledge of MSOffice applications

**PreferredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**

+ Past experience in managinglarge remote employee-based territory

+ Knowledge of the DiagnosticImaging Instruments or equivalent Diagnostic Imaging industryexperience

+ Ability to articulate andexplain value of Service Agreement offerings

+ Working knowledge of SAPor experience with equivalent enterprise service software solution
