**Key responsibilities:**

+ Super User for various systems utilized today and the future systems supporting the warehouse operations( JDE, TMS, Pull system, WMS)

+ Draft and publish KPIs for Irvine warehouse operations and help to set up the same KPIs at other Edwards’s plant warehouses.

+ Help warehouse manager in performing VSM for functional areas of warehouse operations and develop actions plans for improvement.

+ Help the warehouse manager in creating new procedures or updating the existing warehouse procedures, training of warehouse personnel on various procedures.

+ Support the rotation and cross-training of warehouse personnel in various functions within the warehouse department.

+ Responsible person for monitoring the performance of temperature controlled storage areas and scheduling required PMs.

+ Key support person in the execution of warehouse audits (internal and external) with the timely production of reports and documents requested.

+ Back-up person for warehouse manager when required.

+ Represent warehouse operations in meetings that require input from warehouse department.

+ Lead and execute warehouse projects that will result in improvement of processes, systems and storage spaces.

+ Support to drive the OMI roll out and measurement in warehouse operations.

+ Liaison with manufacturing, clinical and planning team to transform warehouse operations into a true share service with focus on customer service.

+ Super user for Kronos system for warehouse operations

+ Super user for managing warehouse locations with appropriate labels ( racks, VLMs, shelves)

+ Supervise the inventory control process of Irvine raw material warehouse.

+ ECR support for warehouse operations

+ COUPA super user for warehouse operations and manage the supply PO generation and invoice payment

+ CAPA/NCR owner for warehouse operations and drive CAPA through investigation, implementation and closure

Qualifications:

**Job Requirements:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree required.

+ Five years of warehouse distribution and process improvement experience required.

+ Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry is preferred

+ Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Global Supply Chain, and Quality systems (e.g., SQMS, JDE, JDA) required

+ Good project management skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills

+ Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

+ Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry preferred
