**What you will do**
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the ServiceNow platform, including processing requests, resolving incidents, and maintaining overall platform performance. You’ll collaborate with senior developers and administrators to troubleshoot issues, support user requests, and ensure smooth functionality across key modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Security Operations (SecOps), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), among others. Alongside administrative responsibilities, you will assist with minor development tasks under supervision, such as configuring applications, updating workflows, and scripting to meet business requirements. This role offers a great opportunity to enhance your skills while supporting platform stability and improving user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Manage daily administrative tasks on the ServiceNow platform, including user management, request fulfillment, and incident resolution
+ Assist in maintaining the core platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC/IRM, SPM, SecOps, HRSD and custom-built applications
+ Provide troubleshooting and resolution of platform issues, escalating more complex problems to senior team members as needed
+ Monitor platform health and performance metrics, proactively addressing minor issues
+ Support system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance under the guidance of senior developers and administrators
+ Assist with the creation and configuration of integrations, workflows, business rules, client scripts and UI policies
+ Collaborate with platform stakeholders to ensure platform security and adherence to compliance standards
+ Support minor customizations and enhancements to the platform, such as form modifications, policy changes, and role assignments
+ Create and maintain detailed documentation for platform changes, updates, and administrative processes for future reference and knowledge sharing
+ Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, standard processes, and technologies to continuously improve the self-service platform

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience OR
+ Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience OR
+ Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience
**Must-Have Skills:**
+ **ServiceNow Module Configuration:** Experience configuring modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC/IRM, SPM, SecOps, HRSD, including workflows, forms, and reports.
+ **Custom Application Support:** Exposure to supporting and maintaining custom-built ServiceNow applications by handling configurations, user permissions, and applying common troubleshooting techniques.
+ **Automation & Workflow Setup:** Familiarity with using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to create automated processes that streamline routine tasks across multiple modules.
+ **General Platform Administration:** Experience with core ServiceNow administration tasks like user and group management, access controls, instance maintenance, data import sets and transform maps.
+ **Scripting Fundamentals:** Knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API for small customizations and troubleshooting within ServiceNow out-of-box or custom applications.
+ **Report & Dashboard Creation:** Ability to create reports and dashboards for monitoring performance, enabling stakeholders to supervise progress and identify issues.
+ **Relational Databases & ETL Processes** : Understanding of relational databases like Oracle and SQL, with exposure to Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure smooth data migration and integration with ServiceNow.
+ **Cross-Module Support:** Willingness to support other ServiceNow capabilities (e.g., GRC/IRM, SecOps, HRSD, etc.) as needed, ensuring the platform is fully optimized for different business functions.
Professional Certifications:
+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Preferred)
+ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
+ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) micro-certifications (preferred)
