**Specialist IS Business System Analyst**

You’ll collaborate with extraordinary experts across domains to build high-impact digital solutions that accelerate research, streamline operations, and empower better patient outcomes.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
+ You will collaborate with our Business and technical team to maintain an efficient and consistent process, ensuring quality deliverables from the team.
+ Work with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developments
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data product enhancement opportunities
+ Perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and support system implementation and maintenance
+ Facilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the development team
+ Clearly express features in User Stories/requirements so all team members and stakeholders understand how they fit into the product backlog
+ Develop and implement effective product demonstrations for internal and external collaborators
+ Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, users stories, processes, and changes
+ Document and report defects and issues identified during testing, and work with development teams to resolve them
+ Maintain and ensure the quality of documented user stories/requirements in tools such as Jira

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 8 – 13 years of relevant experience in Life Science / Biotechnology / Pharmacology / Information Systems
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud with clear understanding of Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud Data model and OOTB capabilities.
+ Knowledge of how integrated systems work with Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud.
+ Expert level functional understanding of Salesforce CRM.
+ Business understanding of operations of a call center within Pharma industry.
+ Understanding of middleware based integrations.
+ Experience of designing systems with large data volume.
+ Fluency with Agile principles and ceremonies.
+ A passion for applying technology to make a real-world impact.
+ Experience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria.
+ Proven analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills.
+ Excellence in interpersonal skills, multitasking, persuasion, negotiation of critical issues, a solid attention to detail, and understanding of business complexity.
+ Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
+ Ability to meet deadlines and schedules and be accountable.
**Functional Skills**
+ Experience in writing requirements for development of modern technology.
+ Experience of working as Product owner.
+ Complete knowledge of all nuances in Product Owner role.
+ Knowledge of Agile project management systems such as JIRA.
+ Experience in managing product features for PI planning and developing product roadmaps and user journeys.
+ Testing and validating user stories delivered are corresponding to business expectation.
+ Superb communication and collaboration skills.
+ Able to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms.
**Good-to-Have Skills:**
+ Jira Align & Confluence experience
+ Experience of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology

+ Salesforce Admin (Mandatory)
+ Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Preferred)
+ Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
+ Platform Builder
+ Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional (Preferred)
