**Sr. Associate Finance**

**What you will do**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this role you will be part of the Finance and Administrative (F&A) team for ELMAC Region, with the responsibility of overseeing and managing finance and accounting capabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring standard and accurate processes for finance review of payments, internal controls and other finance operating support to the leadership across the region.

**The responsibilities of the role will include:**

+ Perform finance review of payments and implement action plans for findings.

+ Perform internal control validations and testing for IICC procedures.

+ Support with ad-hoc finance analysis and projects implementation.

+ Support the accounts reconciliation process.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on business initiatives.

+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

+ Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and implement changes effectively.

**Minimum requirements**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

+ At least 3 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting, or related role in big companies.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

+ Fluency in English

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Preferred requirements**

+ Knowledge in SAP or other integrated systems

+ Experience in other Finance areas (AP, AR, Treasury)

+ Fluency in other EU languages (Spanish, German, Italian)
