The Supervisor – Audit T& E (Travel & E xpenses ) is responsible for overseeing the auditing of emplo yee-submitted expense reports to ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal regulation and internal controls. This position manages a team of auditors, implements quality assurance procedures , support s continuous improvement and liaises with business stakeholders to resolve complex compliance issues.
T his is a people leader role and reports to the Senior Manager – Global P2P Operations which is part of Cytiva Finance team located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and will be an on-site role.
This position is being offered through Pall, a Danaher group company providing services in Malaysia to beneficiary Cytiva.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the T & E audit team, ensuring timely review of selected expense reports via Daily Management Board , e nsure team´s adherence to corporate T&E and Company Cards policies and audit protocols
+ Develop and deliver training for new auditors and ongoing policy updates for existing staff
+ Review and analyze audit findings , escalating high risk or non – compliant items to relevant departments
+ Act as a subject matter expert on T&E and Company Cards compliance and serve as a liaison with Compliance, Sourcing and HR departments
+ Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
+ Generate and analyze key performance indicators, audit quality scores and monthly and quarterly compliance dashboards
+ Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives using automation, policy refinement or system enhancement
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting or Business Administration or Professional Qualification of a related field
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience in expense auditing / compliance including 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
+ Strong knowledge of SAP Concur
+ Excellent understanding of compliance framework and internal controls
+ Fluent in English – both written and verbal and proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous
+ E xcellent attention to detail and sound judgment, self-starter, quick learner and team player with ability to drive initiatives and change
+ Ability to use initiative to spot opportunities and solve issues
It would be a plus if you also possess :
+ Certification in auditing or compliance ( eg. CFE, CIA, CPA)
+ Experience in software implementation
